Process list enhancements

Below are several enhancements that were requested along with some process listing issues. Created a new ticket for them:

• The user can only run up to 4 processes simultaneously. Memory is not full, so this is a kernel limitation.
• The process list starts numbering processes from 1 (kernel) instead of 0, which would be more intuitive.
• The process list does not show names or memory usage of any processes. I assume this is planned.

#1 was address in commit a9e4774 and the OS now allows up to 30 processes to run at once

won't fix #2 because of the structure of the process list.
