[Feature Request] Replace discord-notifications.yml workflow with GitTrack

I'm noticing that some checks/actions/workflows for Discord Notifications are not working at the moment.

There is an open source project that is free called GitTrack which is a bot that does it for you.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Can also alternatively host it yourself.

Thanks for flagging this. discord-notifications.yml has been removed and I made notifications handled by GitTrack instead of the GitHub Actions webhook job.
