ENS integration

Having to type something like /faucet GOERLI ETH 0x6864dC5998c25Db320D3370A53592E44a246FFf4 sucks asf, something like /faucet GOERLI ETH chiin.eth would be better.

• Integrate ENS when getting the address in faucet-command.ts. This can help
• Change the argDescs.address field from "Address." to "Address or ENS" in lang.en-US.json
• It would be great if the embed that tells that it is sending a transaction shows the ENS instead of the address
