[RPC] TX response has chainId field always as 0x0 #3775

zkEVM Node version: v0.7.1
The following endpoints returning TX information are always setting the chainId field with 0x0:
- eth_getTransactionByHash
- eth_getBlockByNumber
- eth_getBatchByNumber
- eth_getTransactionByBlockNumberAndIndex
- eth_getTransactionByBlockHashAndIndex
