CYP2D6 gene

Hi,

I am having trouble running the CYP2D6 gene with few samples. The issue seem to be when there are 3 possible solutions for the major allele, aldy can not come up with a best solution. But it is always the CYP2D6 gene. Is this gene more complicated than others? What do you think the issue might be?

Yes, CYP2D6 is indeed more complex than other genes.

Can I please take a look at the output of aldy genotype with -vD parameter, or ideally at an Aldy log file (use -l sample.log and send me the log file either through Github or directly via email)? That will help me to diagnose the issue you are facing.
