Any plans to publish Sequre to PyPI or as a uv-compatible package?

Hi team,

Sequre looks like a fantastic framework — especially for secure computing workflows in bioinformatics! I noticed that the core components are statically compiled and performance-engineered, and the project includes multiple languages (C++, Go, Python, etc.).

Are there any plans to publish Sequre as a PyPI package or make it uv-compatible for easier integration into Python environments? This would really help with adoption in research workflows and reproducible pipelines.

Yes. We plan to package Sequre (and Shechi) after this year's USENIX Security event (Aug/Sep this year).

Yes. We decided to migrate to the latest Codon before moving to beta, which delayed us a bit.
I am afraid I cannot provide a precise ETA at this point, but hopefully it will be completed by the end of the year.

@hsmajlovic maybe I can help. I am just trying to get it to compile on macos as id love to use this on both mac and linux.
Do you have any branches you are working from?

Yes (https://github.com/0xTCG/sequre/tree/codon-v19), but it primarily involves adapting to the new Codon's type system, which is largely mechanical work.
