Add peak speed/force/power from smooth curve to split report endpoints #15
Description
The excel export uses the smooth filtered curves to calculate each split's peak force/power/speed while the API still uses the old method of just looking at the raw unfiltered samples.
The filtered curve is a better indicator of what's going on since it's less subjected to the noise introduced by line sway and other things.
It. also makes sense to make excel export and API provide the same values.
