Role translation in the settings

In the media settings, when using WordPress in a language other than English, the default role names are displayed in English. At the same time, the custom roles “Разработчик” are displayed in translation.

For the core roles we should be able to fix this issue by changing

... to use <?php echo esc_html( translate_user_role( $info['name'] ) ); ?> for the output.

If you still have access to the site used for the screen shot above, are you able to take a quick look to make sure this wouldn't effect custom roles that are already storing a translated string in the database?
