In item #3 in the second paragraph of RFQ Section 6e, the Staffing Plan instructions identify a Product Lead and Technical Lead as key personnel. Additionally, the third paragraph in that section states, “For this task the following Key Personnel are necessary: Product Manager, Backend Web Developer.” Can the government please clarify the key personnel requirements for this effort?

We will update Section 6e and any other relevant sections to reflect that a Product Manager and Backend Web Developer roles should be included as key personnel.
