the smtp data is deleted on restarting server

I don't know why I put and save my smtp data ok, send emails ok, but suddenly if I restart or deploy It loses all information

May be cause of this - solidusio/solidus#2112

P.S.
Just checked - it's really so, if configure solidus with config.use_legacy_db_preferences!
settings are saving.
