Allow configuration of different popup template and marker icon per Actionkit layer

Preferably in the data spreadsheet -- using the existing "Layers" tab and "Markers" tab.

Maybe using a slightly different syntax in the "Type" column to avoid name conflicts.  Like: to configure the break-free-world event's marker, you'd enter a row in the Markers tab with type "actionkit-event: break-free-world"
