Fix re-use of current index in SpotlightListItemCell

If there are multiple SpotlightListItemCell on a storm page their current index is controlled entirely by the cell rather than their Row so the current index is shared between them. Have stopped this crashing the app, but really the current index should be on the row rather than the cell
