[enhancement] Fishing Mashine - "Disable" button in the GUI for hiding "(no bait!)" warning on the map

• Add new button in the Fishing Mashine that will pause fishing if there is bait,
  and disable "Fishing Mashine (No bait!)" icon on the map if there is no bait.

• Add current Final Fishing speed to the fishing info in the gui
