Can't select full Voice Language in Chrome

I can't select my Voice Language in Chrome on my phone. I tried many browsers but it's still stay the same.
How can I get in touch with you? Do you have facebook?

Vietnamese. I tried to uninstall and reinstall new Chrome, or opera, firefox, tried use on PC. but on PC, it don't have my language. In my android phone (xiaomi mi4) have, but now I cant click into drop down menu .

oh, I used vietnamese on my phone. But I've just change it to English. Still cant select.

Previously I use Vietnamese, I still choose Vietnamese in Audio Math
