"form is open" prevents user from making further editings

Sometimes message "a form is still open" keeps poping up even if editing has been finished.
User cannot make new editings without reloading OGITO app.

Seems to happen when user open symbol list (edit toolbar) and then starts editing.

Hi @arnevogt ,

I’ve set up the project locally and tested the editing workflow (Rating and Reporting), including opening the symbol list and making edits by placing symbols.

However, I’m currently not able to reproduce the “a form is still open” message. The behavior seems the same before and after my changes.

Could you please help with:

1. Exact reproduction steps (click-by-click if possible)
2. Which layer(s) the issue occurs on
3. Whether this happens consistently or only sometimes

This would really help me verify the fix and ensure it matches the reported issue.
