Combine xbee-wifly and wifly arduino codebase

Since v1.3.0 these two share a lot - basically the only differences are:

• xbee version uses Serial to connect with Arduino
• stripped out Serial.println in xbee .ino

Let's see if there's a possibility to read it from the WiFly lib - or alternatively just use a switch in the header file.
