I can't connect

My cell phone and laptop cannot connect even though we are on the same Wi-Fi network. What's even more surprising is that it only happens when I'm at home. When I'm at the office where I'm interning, everything works fine and I can connect. Could it be the Wi-Fi settings or something else?

I believe this is happening because of firewall settings, Please go to the firewall settings and locate touch named entry.

There will be 2 entries 1 for private networks(Home) 1 for public networks(Most probably Office)

I believe your public network touch is allowed but private isn't allowed. Just right click on the private networks and select Allow the connection.

I was also facing problems, And I didn't care much about security with touch firewall, therefore I turned hoth private and public to turn off. Hopefully this fixes your issue

i have both check boxes in on but still i cant connnect the server is not visible in phone
