RTMP input

I'm using OBS-Studio for streaming and its motion detection options are very limited for my usage. But it cannot stream in RTSP (only RTMP and HLS).

I could use ffmpeg to duplicate its highres streams into lowres but it would be MUCH easier if I could just add lowres streams to its outputs and give those to firescrew in RTMP format.
