Previous QC Diff #83
Description
For Relevant Files which are labeled as "Previous QCs" we should provide a diff from the latest/approved commit of the previous QC to the current commit of the current QC if possible.
Currently, users are re-opening issues and continuing a QC in order to provide a comment between the last notified revision and the current version.
This should likely be an expandable section (either in initial comment or in a follow-up comment) in order to keep the focus on the current QC, but additional context to the reviewers.
