change_dump_date.py is part of the workflow for setting up an historical climate run from a pre-industrial control, e.g. changing year 1000 to 1850. change_dump_date2.py sets some extra field headers. Probably not necessary but harmless. Perhaps should be the standard version.

um_timeseries.py converts UM timeseries to netCDF. Needs to be tested with a range of ESM1.5 and newer timeseries examples.
