over all customize report

but here i having problem ..

actually i want to see overall customize report in excel sheet eg.

total no of member in category wise ! how many staff handle tickets and his tickets report (like: inprogress, aca, closed ) |

hope u understood what i mean ..

if option not available then tell me where i do write code ..

It is not recommended to use this old, unmaintained and probably insecure software. But in the end you are responsible.

I'm not giving any support for TrellisDesk anymore as the whole team is not active anymore.

hay daniel i want to integrate SMS Api ... in your trellis desk ..

when client register. auto generate mail sent his/her id ..

i suppose to be .. when client register he/she also take a notification on mobile

where i paste my SMS API code ...
