After creating the docker container, where should I create ros_ws and clone DynOSAM in?

As title. I don't know where to put the DynOSAM folder and start compiling. Thank you.

The docker container is designed to mount the DynOSAM folder from your local machine into the docker container.
Inside the container, the ros_ws should already exist at /home/user/dev_ws.

You can clone the DynoSAM folder anywhere on your local computer and then set the LOCAL_DYNO_SAM_FOLDER variable in the create_container.sh to this address (e.g. ~/Code/src/DynOSAM). The contents of the DynoSAM folder should then appear at /home/user/dev_ws/core/src/*.

NOTE: that there are other local variables in create_container.sh that serve a similar purpose, including a folder to dump results, load datasets from and for additional third party folders that you may want to include in the dev_ws.
For example, I install dynamic_slam_interfaces to my local third party folder (again any folder on my local machine and then just set the relevant path in create_container.sh ) so that it will compile alongside dynosam.
