Remove all external dependencies/CDNs for VM sandboxing #108
Description
During the competition, UFW blocked access to fonts.google.com, jquery, and probably some other stuff. This made web loading absurdly slow, as it would wait to timeout when loading the registration page and the webapp.
Before the competition is to be run VMs again, this needs to be fixed.
