RWTH Aachen GitHub Organisation

It is well known, that GitHub does not allow to contact other users directly. If you want to know who is behind a certain GitHub organisation, like www.github.com/rwth-aachen or www.github.com/rwth-aachen-organisation, this is not easy if the organisation website does not show any public activity or information.
Apparently, it is possible to tag users like @rwth-aachen or @rwth-aachen-university in issues like this one and hope they get notified. Anybody copying? However, this is probably different to tagging local members like @lamBOOO ?

I talked to RWTH officials and there is real interest to run a proper RWTH GitHub organisation page. If you own these GitHub IDs above, please come forward. Thanks.

It might be different to tag a GitHub user or an organisation. So let‘s test this with on a friendly organisation, like @geo-fluid-dynamics… who gets notified?
