Pandas [v3.0.0](https://pandas.pydata.org/docs/dev/whatsnew/v3.0.0.html) has recently been released. ACRO is currently set to use `pandas<=2.3.3` so the new release shouldn't break anything, but we need to test and see what, if anything, needs updating.
