[Feature] json outputs should contain sufficient information to build knowledge graph

The details on the json were created before we produce the ontology.
These now need to be updated/augmented so we cna reason about the correctness of what has occurred

First stage towards ontology-driven behaviour and producing Ro-CRATES for FAIR ness

json files contain sufficient detail written using Uris/concept from the ontology

do we create a fork for the ontology driven version of acro or build this in incrementally?

Could just be a list of the statements that need to be output when checks are run etc.?

• I.e. start with statements of requirements
• that can be used to drive testing as well.
• question sh/could testing be shacl driven by something else outside pytest.
