Support IE8 on contestants' pages

Design of some pages is not good on IE8.
We should support IE8 and later(following MicroSoft), so please search and report bad UI on IE.
At least, I think that input pre block in problem page must be fixed.

Additionally, we don't support admin pages on IE.

omg on the timer...

can u specify the bad points in the three pictures? at least i found that

• the timer is dead (all pictures)
• submission text box is too narrow (pic 1)
• S: 3 and L:1020 - not aligned vertically (pic 2)

not quite sure for the pic 3... and i don't think the place of the scores is a problem in pic 2, because you used too long id for problems, which should be A, B, C, etc. (i.e., only one word)

and what version of IE are you using? on my IE 10, the timer works correctly.

Yeah, but it still seems kind of broken, probably because there's only few problems.

What I've expected is like this:

But, well, it might be okay for now, because in the real contest we'll use many problems as in my picture.
