Each list is (has to be) prefixed by a title stating its selection criteria (for instance relation with the current record) and/or its size, etc. We propose to prefix this title with "list processing" button (similar to "bullet list"). A separate page then appears with:

  1. a menu (selection list?) of possible operations, printout formats, etc.
  2. the list in the selected format, each record being prefixed by a selection box pre-ticked
  3. a "All" tick box allows to select/deselect all records
  4. when printing, only the selected records are sent to the printer

Possible formats:

  • Production labels
  • Consumer labels
  • Order form
  • Delivery Note
  • Invoice
  • QA Information
  • etc.

Possible operations:

  • make all records active or inactive
  • mark all records has being completed
  • for all applicable batches, records a given time (current by default) as startup time
  • for all applicable batches, records a given time (current by default) and destination (pinned) as transfer destination
  • for all applicable batches, records a given time (current by default) and checkpoint (pinned) as control to record with the same values
  • for all applicable batches, records a given time (current by default) as completion time
  • export all data to a file
  • print labels on the label printer
  • other ideas ?
