Load Test CSV Import

To ensure API based refactor of the DpDash import supports production-level data volume, load testing needs to occur.

1. Generate a series of CSV files with ~10K columns and 13K rows. Subject should appear ~5 times in CSV. Generated CSV's should measure approx. 30MB
2. Run the API based CSV and benchmark insertion times
3. Perform a data analysis in Mongo to verify the rows match CSV size.
