take hamronized amrfp as input

We need to make some changes to the hamronizer parser to make this work - mostly that the hierarchy node information needs to be included.

May also need to ask them to adjust syntax to be AMRrules HGVS compliant? Not sure how hamronize is going to handle insertion/deletion mutations
