Change panel effect cause UI usable

Settings "Load app thumb" in "Thumbnail Loading" modify incorrect setting option.
# Step to re-create:
1. Press "Settings"
2. Press "Animation Effect"
3. Press "Panel Effect"
4. Choose an effect, then click "OK"
5. Press "Back"
# Result:

UI is freeze in the panel transmission, impossible to use, need to restart the app.
