Updates to targets (#54)

* Update bootloaders to v4.1.0

Disco is still missing as its config has no tag in mbed-bootloader yet.

* Update bootloader configurations, change F411RE to ESP8266

Removed Wi-Fi IDW01M1 driver, no longer needed.

* Update README for Disco + cleanup

* Update DISCO_L475VG_IOT01A bootloader to v4.1.1
