Gadget Resize on Tab Switch

Gadget frame elements in the DOM occasionally get set to strange sizes when switching between tabs. I haven't been able to figure out how to consistently reproduce this bug. It looks like the frame gets set to exactly twice the height of the actual content when it occurs.
