• Complete welcome block message
• Update the block to reflect current permanent channels like ('#about, #career, #hangout, and #intros)

As it stands an event handler is set up for detecting when a new user is added to the workspace. As indicated @KevinThePepper 's welcome block is pretty much complete. I haven't tested the event quite yet on the dev server as I haven't gotten around to making a new slack account to join the workspace and actually test it, but the welcome block message is sent via direct message and looks quite nice using a !onboard trigger to test the block itself.
