this mod cause the Localization.yml not working. how to fix this ?

when I turn this "Dropthat" on, other mods localization.yml files can't work ,
when it turn off, works again .   like "magicrevamp" 's localization.yml I made can't work .
please tell me how to fix this . i really need the localization.yml files help me play game.
