Switching / disconnecting audio devices sometimes causes the app to suddenly quit / crash

Currently this toolkit does not handle all errors or situations surrounding audio devices switching or being disconnected. This may cause a crash in some cases. Please let me know in the comments if there is a specific situation that causes annoyance and I can look into handling that specific error scenario.
