[REQUEST] Publish the extension in the VSCode marketplace

I know it's extra steps, and isn't super straight forward, so totally understand if you don't have the time or want to do it. The biggest reason for it is to allow automated updates of the extension. Without following this repository closely it's hard to know an update was released and needs to be updated. It's also a lot easier to point coworkers at a marketplace extension rather than this repository for install.
