Integrate AutoWho DDL objects into new repo #7
Description
Bring in the AutoWho .sql files for tables, triggers, procs, and anything else that is directly relevant to the AutoWho functionality.
Note that the end-user-visible objects (the sp_XR procs) will not be included in this issue, and will be saved for a future effort.
