Checking transaction status before making a new transaction

Currently, we check if another transaction is going on before entering ethereum transaction screen or deposit on matic screen and a toast is shown stating "Please wait".
We would like to show a loading dialog instead, and if a transaction is going on then show a transaction is going on.
