By the time we release version 0.4.0 derex should be refactored and a stable architecture should be in place. Development should focus on: * providing an intuitive and user friendly experience * achieving a stable architecture by taking key forward looking decisions in order to stop breaking backward compatibility in future releases * improve plugin architecture to allow a standardized and straightforward way to speed up Openedx microservices development
