Detect hash in URL and open corresponding tab

I'd like to suggest a feature: when loading a page that has a hash in the URL corresponding the ID of an existing tabpanel, it would make sense to automatically show this tab.

What do you think?

We try to keep this lib as tiny as possible and think this is not the aim of it.

The lib exposes all you need to achieve that on your own.
