Globalization and Localization

I would like to implement globalization and localization for AccountGo, specifically to support Spanish, but eventually should support more languages with help from the community. I am guiding myself with this documentation: https://docs.asp.net/en/latest/fundamentals/localization.html and with other stuff from internet, basically anything about globalization with javascript front end frameworks. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
