using gpu (experimental) plugin causes flickering textures

Hi, i am currently using the experimental gpu plugin because it significantly improves my performance on my amd graphics card. however i am getting a lot of flickering textures when i move my camera. is there any way to fix this?

Same issue with my amd linux install - almost every texture ontop of the terrain is z-fighting

Experiencing this using runelite on my Macbook Air M2, flickering textures and z-fighting
