Reason for disagreement: The issue is acknowledged, yet, no justification was given for the downgrade in severity.

I chose a serverity of "High" because this function is the primary function of your application.
Without the use of this command, the application does not have much use.

I feel that having such a misleading tutorial is a severe mistake, as users like myself would not know what they are doing wrong.
Furthermore, as this is a tutorial, meant to serve as a way to teach the user how to use the application, this part should be the most important section for the user.

As such, I feel that the severity of this issue should be "High".
