Reason for disagreement: The functionality may have been inherited from AB3.

However, the documentation in your user guide incorrectly suggests that the parameters can be supplied in any order, which is simply not true, as TITLE must come after -t

Which is why the issue was filed as a Documentation Bug, and not a Functionality Bug.

As such, I disagree with the issue being rejected.

Reason for disagreement: No reason was provided for the downgrading of the severity of this issue.

According the CS2103T website here, A bug with low severity is defined as: A flaw that is unlikely to affect normal operations of the product. Appears only in very rare situations and causes a minor inconvenience only.

I think this Documentation Bug may cause users to misunderstand how to use the new command. This would not be classified as a "minor inconvenience".

As such, I feel that a severity of Medium is more apt, as compared to a severity of Low.
