Reason for disagreement: The issue was acknowledged, but no justification was provided for the change in bug type.

I chose the bug to be a FunctionalityBug as the functionality of the new note feature does not work as how it is suggested in the tutorial.

Since the -b flag is being registered as part of the title, and not as a flag, this is not a FeatureFlaw, but rather a FunctionalityBug.
