Delete command case sensitivity

The delete command works on notes even if the note to be deleted is in the wrong case.

For example, if I have a note called HelloWorld, typing delete helloworld would still delete the file.

Rather than this being a FeatureFlaw, this would fall under a DocumentationBug since it was not specified explicitly under the delete command section. I acknowledge that this could have been done better to make it even more clear for the user.

However, it should be noted that it is implied since Title creation duplicates are case-insensitive and as a result, Paths are also case-insensitive but is not explicitly specified.
