Dispatcher container broken

Dispatcher container is broken, the dispatcher module downloaded is now 4.2.1 even if you download the old version link mentioned in the docker file.

If i alter the files to use the new version, apache does not want to start due to libsocket.so.1 being missing:

apache2: Syntax error on line 140 of /etc/apache2/apache2.conf: Syntax error on line 1 of /etc/apache2/mods-enabled/dispatcher.load: Cannot load /aem/dispatcher/module/dispatcher-apache2.4-4.2.1.so into server: libsocket.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
