Allow to easily start AEM with a debug listener (socket transport)

You should provide a dedicated start script which allow to start AEM with a JPDA listener to allow connecting to an AEM instance remotely with a Java Debugger. For options see http://docs.oracle.com/javase/8/docs/technotes/guides/jpda/conninv.html.

any updates on this issue. Running into a similar situation so we can start AEM in bebug mode when needed.

For me it worked by adding a listener port to the docker-compose.yml & adding the debug configuration for AEM
