CNAME process for Target incorrectly

Issue in ./help/dev/before-implement/implement-cname-support-in-target.md

I opened a similar issue, AdobeDocs/core-services.en#11

Both pages refer to a xlsx file
https://github.com/AdobeDocs/target-dev.en/blob/main/help/dev/before-implement/assets/FPC_Request_Form.xlsx
which contains an out of date email address.

This is confusing to customers as they cannot follow the process.
Once the file has been fixed both issues will be resolved.
